Apart from All kinds of machining services we offer following kind of services too :
Buffing & Polishing: Both processes applied on Stainless Steel products to make it more aesthetic in appearance of surface, unwilling a smooth & reflective finish that brings out the inherent beauty of the material.
Natural, Silver Anodizing: The main reason to do anodizing is to protect Aluminium from rusting anodizing helps to retain its appearance for longer Times. We can anodize Aluminium up to 25μm to 30μm.
Hard Anodizing: Hard anodizing is very similar to Sulphuric anodizing but produces a thicker oxide layer & therefore increased corrosion resistance & increased wear resistance compared to standard Sulphuric anodizing. A thickness of 20μm to 70μm can usually be achieved with this process.
ENP Plating: ENP is a surface finishing process that deposits Nickel alloy coating on a metal so that it provides corrosion resistance & add hardness to parts of all conditions.
Zinc Plating: in which Zinc metal electro plated on the components to give it corrosion resistance. It can be done in clear blue, yellow, black Colour as per the requirement.
Hot Deep Galvanizing: Clean steel is immersed into molten zinc, so zinc ion layer is formed on surface & it gets robust coating, which is integral part of the Steel, & which last for minimum 25 years & more.
Blackodize/Blackening: Is the process used to create a black oxide coating on a metal surface it involves use of chemicals & heat to create Black Or dark grey finish on the metal.
Electro-Polishing: is an electrochemical process that removes a thin, microscopic layer of stainless steel to create a smoother, brighter, and more corrosion-resistant finish.
Thermal Spraying: is an industrial coating process that heats or melts materials and then projects them at high velocity onto a surface to create a protective or functional layer.
Glass bead blasting: Is a surface finishing process that uses a high-pressure stream of fine glass beads to clean, smooth, and finish surfaces.
Polyurethane (PU) coating: Is a protective layer created from the reaction of Poly isocyanates and polyols, known for its durability, flexibility, and resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and impact.
Phosphating: Is a chemical process that creates a thin, protective layer of metal phosphate crystals on a metal surface to enhance corrosion resistance and improve the adhesion of paint, oil, or other coatings.
Sand Blasting/Grit Blasting: Is a process of forcing abrasive particles at high speed against a surface using compressed air to clean, shape, or prepare it. It's also known as abrasive blasting and is used for tasks like removing paint, rust, and contaminants.
Vacuum hardening: is a heat treatment process that heats metals in a vacuum to increase their hardness and strength while preventing oxidation and decarburization.
Induction hardening: is a type of surface hardening in which a metal part is Induction heated & then quenched.
Carburizing treatment: process in which iron or steel absorbs carbon while the metal is heated in the presence of carbon bearing material such as charcoal or carbon monoxide.
Nitrating heat-treating: process that diffuses nitrogen into the surface of the metal to create case hardened surface.
Case hardening: is a heat treatment process that hardens the surface of a metal part while keeping the core soft and ductile. This is achieved by heating the metal, typically low-carbon steel, in a carbon-rich environment to increase the carbon content of the surface, followed by quenching to harden the case.
Quenching: is the Rapid cooling of workpiece in water oil or other Fluids from the high temperature at which it has been shaped.
Tempering: is a type of heat treatment which helps to relieve stress making the metal easier to weld or machine. Increases strength while making the material more flexible and ductile.
Annealing: is a heat treatment process that alters the physical & sometimes chemical properties of Material to increase its ductility & reduce its hardness to make it more machinable.
Flame Hardening: Is a surface treatment method that makes a metal's surface hard and wear-resistant by rapidly heating the surface with a high-temperature flame and then immediately quenching it with water or oil.
Plasma Nitriding/ Ion Nitriding: is a surface-hardening process that introduces nitrogen into a metal's surface to create nitrides through a plasma-based thermochemical process.
Through Hardening: Is a heat treatment process for steel that hardens the entire cross-section of a part, making it stronger and more wear resistant.
Stress-relieving heat treatment: Involves heating a metal below its transformation temperature to reduce internal residual stresses caused by manufacturing processes like welding or cold working, thereby improving dimensional stability and preventing cracking or distortion.
